Tal and greetings again everyone I hope that you've all had a pleasurable month. This month I will address the issue of sexual behavior of free women. I have decided on this subject due to many events I have witnessed and been privy too. As many of you already know, free women are not easily accepted within this community due to several factors, some of which stem from the books descriptions and some that stem from the communities past experiences of free women online. In my opinion a free woman is her own worst enemy online. I've asked the following questions around, I've asked men, women and slaves alike. I'm posting the results for your benefit. Are free women supposed to be non sexual? No, there is no reason for a free woman to be some type of nun online or offline in order for her to be considered free. Are free women allowed to flirt? Yes, as long as the flirting does not go too far, is done in a discreet manner (a bit hard online I know). Is it alright to send pictures of yourself online. Yes, as long as the pictures are not what is considered as "sexy" pics. Let's be more precise no nudes. Some have even said no bathing suits either. Cybersexing and free women A tough one, women said no way… men said depends… I'll draw up my own conclusions. I would suggest that you treat cybersex the same way you treat offline sex… you do it once you are in a relationship. I don't think anyone would find fault if you have sex with your lover online or off as long as you are not doing it in public and with every man you meet. Can free women dance? This one is personally close to me, because I've got music in my blood it sets my toes to tapping as they say. Well honestly dancing online? I can live without but I do enjoy watching it contrary to some because it's an exercise in imagination and heck it's writing skills ?. But free women dancing online that's asking for trouble. why? I've yet to see a non blatantly sexual gorean dance. Offline? I guess it would depend on the manner of the dance… there's dancing and then there's teasing provocation. I've noticed there's a growing strife between free women and slaves, slaves are saying there's no difference between the two and free women arguing that there is. Everything under the sun comes up during those debates, housework, children, work, rights and no rights etc… etc. Except one Sex. The issue is carefully skirted never mentioned or rarely touched upon. And yet it's one of the most obvious differences between us. Let's be honest there are many things in being a slave but you can't be a slave and *not* be openly sexual. Sex. Online, offline, your sexual attitude has a lot to do with whether you will be regarded as a free women or a slave. Slaves are expected to act sexually in almost every situation. They will always tease, flirt provoke and be sexual for the men. You do not have that luxury! Indeed you do not have the right the act that way! (are you envious yet?). Console yourself. You have many other rights that slaves do not have, you can always exchange them against the right to be openly sexual if that is your wish. But I'm also a woman you cry out. Yes you are a woman, but, you are a free woman and one of the major differences between what makes a slave a slave and a free a free is the ability to control your urges. Indeed that's the difference between being human and an animal.. it's not without cause that slaves are called animals/pets and whatever it's because they are not expected to exert control over their natural urges… if you feel you can not exert such control you might as well brand your own self slave and there nothing wrong with being a slave. Don’t get me wrong here, I'm as sexual as the next woman or slave but just because I find someone attractive does not mean I jump into his bed. As Gabriel pointed out in his post on the GPB there's a price to pay for freedom… On the other side of the coin you are also not expected to jump into the lap of someone to whom you are not attracted to and please them slaves are. Act like a slave you will be treated like a slave. Have you ever asked anyone what is considered slavelike behavior? I did, and I got the same answer all over… open sexual conduct, being overly sexual, seeking out men, acting like a slut, etc.. etc.. all the answers had to do with sex. Never once did "slave heart" enter any response… never once was mentioned "desire to surrender" or such even from the slaves I got the same answers. So sexual attitude is one of the major indicators of your inclination towards freedom or slavery it would seem. It's up to you to find out which is more important in your life online and offline. I've often seen the question of slaves work being brought up as a way of undermining their slavery, while I don't necessarily agree I would ask one question, can someone who's a topless dancer, porno star, or stripteaser offline… be a free woman online? So why is that? Why can't a free women be open and sexually active? It's rather simple really free women are wives, mothers, daughters, sisters…. Would a man have any of these acting like a slut? My brothers still raise their eyebrows if I dress anything near provocatively and I'm 31. Is there a difference between slavelike behavior and being a slave? Yes there is, sex may be a big part of slavery but it not close to all of it either, in other words you can have a slavelike behavior sexually, and not be a slave… problem is.. you're not a free woman either.
