They address an issue that I intended to address this month, and I think that before I do so, it might behoove us to hear a slave girls thoughts on the matter. I will return next month and speak about Gorean slavery.

What does it mean to be slave? Does it actually involve choice? And, if so, what aspects of choice are allowable? Thinking on this, sephera can only come up with two. One, a girl chooses to be slave, she is not coerced or forced into being so, it is her choice. For whatever reason, once she chooses to be so it is then up to her to prove herself as such, there are many slaves doing exactly that, proving themselves daily. There are few true Masters, however, and if one does not make the effort to learn and be trained she will soon find the path difficult and hard, for Master’s will not long be bothered with girls who do not make an effort. The second choice would be to fail. We choose to fail when we give up and leave. These are the only two choices we as slaves have.

Once a girl chooses slavery she is no longer free to choose … except for the choice of failure … free choice is not an option for a slave. A girl will be expected to obey any command without hesitation, whatever rules and stipulations placed upon her are to be followed under all circumstances, she is to at all times speak with respect to those above her (Masters and Mistresses) she is to be pleasing at all times. Once a girl has been allowed the privilege of a collar her focus must be on her Master and what rules and commands he has set for her. Her focus on her Master must be selfless and total proving daily her devotion to her Master in little things as well as big things. A girl should not expect her Master to be her boyfriend, he may be friendly, but he is much much more than a boyfriend. He will not coddle you, treat you as some precious jewel, you are slave. You have no worth except what worth your Master has placed on you, you are now nothing but a piece of property. Your purpose now becomes selfless service to those above you.

Once a girl chooses to be slave, at some point in time she will realize it is more than just typing words on a screen, it is much more involved than that. A girl will soon learn that her will means nothing, her words mean nothing, she means nothing. If a Master or Mistress decides to listen to her or allow her to serve them, that is a privilege extended to one and she should be grateful for it. If a girl believes she can be slave and still be willful, whining, disobedient, and full of herself she will soon find herself facing the displeasure of the Free around her. One must needs come to a point where they give up their free will, surrendering totally to the will of those above her, or she will find her path very hard indeed.

A girl has heard it said many times a Master is not defined by his slave. Simply put, a Master does not need you to be a Master. A girls thoughts on this is a Master is defined by himself, his honor and integrity are such that he would still be Master with or without slaves. He has an inner strength, a force in his personality that cannot be denied and he does not need a slave to prove to himself and other men what he already knows in himself to be fact.

When a girl feels the steel close about her neck she had better know that at that moment in time she surrenders all, everything, her will, her thoughts, her privacy, her body are not hers anymore. A girl has nothing, she becomes nothing but property. A girl is not worthy of respect or love, she gives that right up as well. A girl becomes nothing but property. A for instance, this one’s Master expects absolute total obedience in everything, he knows where she is at what she does and who she is with at all times, if something is not done he has commanded her to do he requires a full report as to why it has not been done, she is not allowed to make excuses but has to have a very good reason for not having it done, she thus has no privacy as everything she does, her E-mail, her logs, everything is monitored by him. A girl has learned within the last month what true slavery means and is very grateful for the learning, she is happy in her slavery, she works hard for her Master as it is required of her. It is through him that she becomes who she is, his teaching and training, his words are all that matter to her now.

A girl should think long and hard before she chooses to be slave. A girl should desire with every fiber of herself to be so, she must feel it within the depths of herself, her heart and belly must burn with the desire to serve and be found pleasing. If a girl cannot feel these things, if they are not within her, she is only playing a game, and eventually she will be hurt by her game, there is nothing wrong with saying you can't. There is something wrong with pretending to be what you shall never be and knowing that you are only pretending.

Being slave is something this one found within herself to be true. Through much thinking, evaluating her feelings, and soul-searching she came to that conclusion. For some time it seemed as if she was on a roller coaster, the ups and downs with herself were many. The choices she had to make were hard choices but ones she knew inside herself she would eventually make because they were the right choices for her. A girl thinks we all come to that point where eventually we have to decide, once and for all whether we are or are not slave. To do so takes strength. It takes deciding that we will be, we can be, slave. Once a girl finally quits fighting herself and the will of others, it is such a freeing process, for then she is free to be herself totally, surrendering is easy once one gets to that point when she knows she cannot be anything else. It is within her to be only one thing, slave.
