Answer: Given that the logical positivist, the philosopher who burped, the one who drank Sul paga and the one who talked about nihilism each drank more than the next in line, they can only go in one order. We know that Aristotle drank the least. Then we can place Plato or Socrates in first place (Diogenes has the wrong philosophy), Diogenes or Plato in second (Socrates didn't burp, he sang), and Socrates or Diogenes in third (Plato drank paga, not Sul paga). Suppose we put Plato first. Since he drank paga, the philosopher who drank Ka-la-na and fell over must have been Aristotle. But then no-one could have had hiccups. Hence Plato did not drink the most. Hence Socrates did, Plato drank the next most and Diogenes was in third place. Once again Aristotle drank Ka-la-na and fell over, so it must have been Diogenes who had the hiccups. As he talked about cynicism, Plato must have talked about non-determinism. As Plato drank paga, Socrates must have drunk Kal-da. QED.
