By kaylee{G} From her Knees This slave strongly believes that one’s mindset can dramatically change their actions and reactions. She’s not sure if she can describe the mindset she strives for, except that she refers to it as thinking “from her knees”. This one noticed in the first year of living in her owner’s home that she could feel a shift depending on what kind of mindset she was maintaining. In work situations or in others where kaylee was not entirely focused on her service to him, it felt like she was thinking “standing up”. This slave tends to associate the mindset of “standing up” with an independent stance, standing with her feet planted squarely. In that kind of mindset, it was very difficult for her to yield to him or anyone else. While kaylee can and will obey and yield, the act often created friction within her even as she complied. This one had never really noticed it before, until kaylee had something else to compare it to which did appear. This slave suspects that it became much more noticeable when living in his home than when we were long distance, simply because it is easier to immerse herself in his world. When kaylee is focused on him, his goals, his directives, or aware of her status as property... it’s as if in her mind, she is kneeling. This one processes the same stimuli, but the change in mindset can affect how she perceives and reacts to it. When she is mentally on her knees, kaylee’s responses seem to cause less internal turmoil and appear as a natural consequence of her position as property. Likewise, acceptance is much easier when kaylee is thinking “from her knees”. Adopting this mindset came as she unlearned much of society’s teachings of equal status and inherent rights that no longer applied in her relationship. At first, it was just an instance here and there, an overwhelming sense of peace that she embraced. Over time, kaylee was aware of thinking “from her knees” more often, and the time spent in the more independent mindset decreased significantly. It’s not a constant 100% of the time, but kaylee is aware of thinking “from her knees” on a regular basis now, with occasional interruptions if she becomes unfocused. It’s almost a rude jarring sensation when kaylee shifts to “standing” mode, and she’s very discontented being there. Being aware of the shift in mindset helps her recognize if she is becoming unfocused, and allows her to adjust her mindset to be more harmonious with her status as property. But thinking “from her knees” is a much more peaceful way for this one, so she strives to keep herself focused if she feels that mindset waver. Until next month, she wishes you well. kaylee has been the household property of Gabriel for nearly five years, and together they have shared their passion for writing on his website: www.gor-on-earth.com.
