HOROSCOPE FOR JUNE 2000

kaiila.gif - 3429 Bytes   KAIILA (March 21 - April 21)

Your native Fire element is weaker this month, and retrograde activity is increasing compared with last month. The pace of change slows down. Be patient; more internal development needs to happen before your goals are to manifest. The planetary power is below the Horizon of your chart and your Fourth House of Home and Family is an important House of Power. Let go of career issues and focus on psychological growth and creating a stable home base. Family obligations are more important than career now. The planets make an important shift to the West this month, thus you are less able to go it alone than usual. You will always be independent and self-reliant, but sometimes this is more difficult -- this is one of those periods. Important areas of interest this month are friends, groups and group activities, organizations, science and astrology, finance, neighbors, siblings, sales, marketing, communication and intellectual interests, and home and family. Much activity will surround you at the onset of the month, but try to have things wrapped up before the 23rd (when Mercury goes retrograde). This will be a good month to move or redecorate - especially after the 21st. Finances remain strong all month, but don’t spend freely or promiscuously; money management is still very important. Health is excellent all month, but rest and relax more after the 21st.

Best Days: 6th, 7th, 15th, 16th, 25th, 26th
Stressful Days: 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th

bosk.gif - 3131 Bytes  BOSK (April 21 - May 21)

The planetary power is still in the East and your own Sign of Bosk is still strong. Push forward boldly towards your goals. Personal fullfilment and happiness are yours. You can, and will, have things your way. Your Career Planet is retrograde all month, and most of the planets are below the Horizon; continue to give more attention to home and domestic issues, and let your career coast. Retrograde activity increases all month, and affects some important areas of your life. The retrograde of Uranus (your Career Planet) and Neptune in your Tenth House (which affects the career) suggests caution in all career changes, job offers, and the like. Ambitions seem like they are going backwards; this is only the surface appearance. Let time do its work at the deeper levels, and wait for the change and progress to surface. Mercury goes retrograde after the 23rd, so try to wrap up any major purchases or investments before then. The retrograde of Pluto causes love complications. And, though you are unusually attractive and are enjoying high self-esteem, love needs time to develop. Your social confidence and judgements are not up to their normal high standards; don't schedule a marriage or divorce now. Health is good this month. The ebbing of career demands is helping matters. Both Jupiter and Saturn in your own Sign shows a need to balance the good life with a stern diet. Don’t allow the ups and downs of finance to affect your health.

Best Days: 8th, 9th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 27th, 28th
Stressful Days: 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st

gemini.gif - 3580 Bytes  SE-SA (May 22 - June 21)

The planets are mostly in the East, which would normally boost self-confidence and independence, but Mercury, your Ruler, goes retrograde on the 23rd. Retrograde activity is generally stronger this month, moreso than last month. Thus, you should continue to build your life according to your personal specifications, but be more patient with things. Progress will be slower than usual. Perhaps what slows things down is confusion or a need to re-evaluate your true goals. Clarity is essential, but more difficult to attain right now. Most of the planets will be below the Horizon this month, but this is not a powerful dominance, only a slight majority. Thus, while career and outer success are still important, this needs to be balanced with family and emotional harmony. The Sun, Venus, and Mars, bring you self-esteem, grace and beauty, and self-confidence (bordering on aggression), all tempered together through most of the month. You will prefer to get your way through grace and charm, but are willing to fight for it if necessary. Health will remain superb all month. Your Money House becomes very powerful after the 16th; there will be much financial activity and many financial projects. Love is happy during this period. A power struggle in a current relationship could cause a breakup, but there is someone waiting in the wings -- or the power struggle could manifest as a renewal of the current relationship.

Best Days: 2nd, 10th, 11th, 20th, 21st, 29th, 30th
Stressful Days: 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd

toos.gif - 3040 Bytes  TOOS (June 22 - July 22)

The planets are mostly in the East and many of them are in your own sign, Toos. Your personal independence, self-reliance and confidence are very strong now. There is great power to assert the self and its will and to create conditions as you desire them. The danger now is over-doing it -- especially after the 16th, when Mars moves into your Sign. Though retrograde activity increases this month, your life moves forward. The delays in the world and the general slowing down of the pace works in your favor. This is one of your happiest months in a happy year. The month begins with many planets in your Twelfth House of Spirituality. This produces a feeling of world-weariness and a desire for seclusion. Now would be a good time to decide how to direct your abundance of personal creative power. Health will be super all month. Mars brings strength and libido to you this month, as well as courage. Love is also in the air as Venus moves into your Sign, and the Sun (after the 21st) brings wealth and earnings.

Best Days: 4th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 22nd, 23rd
Stressful Days: 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th

larl.gif - 3162 Bytes  LARL (July 23 - August 23)

Health is much improved, but you still need to rest and relax more. Let your body determine your schedule. The majority of the planets are in the East and your social planets are retrograde. Let go of social issues, and work on personal fulfilment. Work on becoming the person you want to be, and love will happen naturally. Between 80 and 90 percent of the planets are still above the Horizon. And, though career is less hectic than it was a few months ago, it is still prominent and important. Though most of the planets are still moving forward, retrograde activity will increase this month. Progress will still be occurring, but at a slower pace. Career will seem like a lot of work, but it will all seem fun; there is joy in your work. After the 21st the power shifts to the spiritual Twelfth House, activating your dream life and creating a yearning for introspection and seclusion. Romantic love is calming down and there is better syncronicity between you and the beloved. But caution needs to be exercised in love. It would not be wise to schedule a marriage or divorce now, as your social judgement is not up to its usual standards. Singles need to let love grow and develop -- love cannot be rushed this month. Finances remain stable, but Mercury's retrograde on the 23rd suggests a need for caution in spending and investing. Wrap up important commitments prior to this, and do more research to confirm the "good deals" after; they might not be as good as they seem.

Best Days: 6th, 7th, 15th, 16th, 25th, 26th
Stressful Days: 12th, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th

virgo.gif - 3426 Bytes BARBARIAN (August 24 - September 23)

The planets are shifting to the East, giving you more independence and self-reliance. But Mercury's retrograde will weaken this somewhat. It is a good idea to take time to review and refine your personal goals, and then launch into action when Mercury comes out of retrograde next month. Most of the planets are still above the Horizon, so it is still safe to focus on the career more than domestic and psychological issues. Your Tenth House of Career is a House of Power until the 21st. Career demands are intense. Important breakthroughs can happen this month and you have great courage and tenacity to pursue them. After the 21st, your Eleventh House of Friends and Groups becomes powerful. This begins and excellent "social period," although not necessarily a romantic one. Love is on hold for now, though there seems to be plenty of opportunity before the 21st. Love needs to develop and grow slowly, and the enthusiasm will seem lacking while Neptune remains in retrograde, making you more cautions. Finances remain stable this month, though they will seem stronger before the 21st. After the 18th, your Money Planet moves into Toos, and this will suggest a moodiness in finances...you will earn and spend according to your mood. Don't be overly optimistic, or you might over-spend; likewise, don't reject every opportunity just because of a bad mood. Health will remain good all month, but rest more after the 21st.

Best Days: 8th, 9th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 27th, 28th
Stressful Days: 2nd, 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th

tefa.gif - 3486 Bytes  TEFA (September 24 - October 23)

The planets make an important shift from the West to the East this month. This represents a psychological shift from within. As the months go by you will become more and more independent and self-reliant. Though other people will always be important to you, there is greater freedom now to create conditions as you desire them to be. The planetary power is very strongly above the Horizon, and your Tenth House of Career is an important House of Power. Focus on career and let home and domestic issues slide for a while. Your career is top-priority and major breakthroughs are happening. Retrograde activity will increase this month -- after the 23rd, 40 percent of the planets are retrograde -- but you are not unduly affected. Work and finance are the main areas affected by the retrogrades. For the most part you will remain in a period of progress and achievement. Finances will be stressful and stormy, and you might need to work harder for earnings than usual. The retrograde of your Money Planet does not help matters. Trips, unreasonable financial demands, and disagreements will occur; just do what you can and ride the flow. Financial stresses will ease after the 21st, but will not be completely back to normal until next month. Health will be excellent all month, but rest and relax after the 21st. Love will be happy this month, but could be expensive. New friends can come into the picture. There will be more socializing after the 21st with the "high and mighty."

Best Days: 2nd, 10th, 11th, 20th, 21st, 29th, 30th
Stressful Days: 4th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th

nar.gif - 3311 Bytes  NAR (October 24 - November 22)

The planets are still mostly in the West and Pluto, your Ruler, is still retrograde. Continue to take a low profile, adapt to situations, avoid power struggles and allow good to come to you. This is still a good time to re-evaluate personal goals. Pluto comes under unusual stress during this period, showing that your self-esteem and self-confidence are not what they should be. It is easier to be confident when the sun is shining and one is surrounded by admirers, but true self-confidence comes when dealing with adversity and opposition. By the 21st you are entering one of the happiest and optimistic periods of your year. past conflicts will be forgotten and all will seem right with the world. Happy travel and educational opportunities will come your way: take them. There will be an enlargement of your perspective on things -- both love and career. Love and social activities are very prominent. Jupiter and Saturn conjunct in your Seventh House of Love indicating an expansion and contraction of your social life at the same time. It shows a need to focus on the quality of your relationships as well as the quantity. Finances are strong this month, although debts could be a problem early in the month. This is very short term and temporary, and after the 21st debt issues are resolved one way or another. Health is strong, and gets stronger after the 21st as well.

Best Days: 4th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 22nd, 23rd
Stressful Days: 6th, 7th, 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th

rarius.gif - 3357 Bytes  RARIUS (November 23 - December 22)

With many planets in the West and with retrograde activity increasing, there is little you can do to hasten the pace of change and progress. Things will happen when they should, and not a moment sooner. Patience is a great virtue during ths period. Coast along for now, adapt to situations, develop your social skills and put other people first. The planets have firmly shifted to the upper half of your Horoscope now, making you more ambitious and worldly than usual. It's a good time to focus on your career, but try to wrap up major career projects or changes before the 23rd. Mercury's retrograde will slow career progress after then. This will also complicate love issues after the 23rd as well -- but considering the hectic pace and activity of your live life during this period, the retrograde seems like a good thing. It creates a pause -- a breather from which you can further develop a current relationship or your love life in general. You are still unusually aggressive in love until the 16th. Venus in your Seventh House (happily) is preventing you from indulging in caveman tactics and helps you to be aggressive in charming, non-offensive ways. There is an abundance of romantic opportunity during this period; the new Moon of the 2nd will help sort things out. Health and vitality will improve after the 21st. Rest and relax more until then. Social demands have put a temporary halt on your project to revamp your image and body, but after the 21st these issues go well again. Major financial developments are still taking place -- and they are happy and prosperous. Pay off debt after the 21st, or refinance existing debt where possible. Your partner is prospering and is more generous with you. Job seekers are successful as well.

Best Days: 6th, 7th, 15th, 16th, 25th, 26th
Stressful Days: 2nd, 8th, 9th, 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th

verr.gif - 3177 Bytes  VERR (December 23 - January 20)

Most of the planets are in the West, your Seventh House of Love and Social Activities is also very powerful, and retrograde activity is increasing during this period. Avoid self-assertion or rush. Put others first. Adapt to situations and refuse to get ruffled by delays. Keep focused on the ultimate goal, and don't take too much notice of the bumps along the way. This is also an important social period in your year; singles are more likely to meet a significant other now. The planets make an important shift from the bottom half of your Horoscope to the top half this month. Thus, by now, you should have the home and family situation well stabilized and can concentrate on your worldly ambitions. Though this is still an important psychological and family period, the emphasis is inexorably changing. The pace at work is hectic -- with probably much overtime. Job-seekers are successful early in the month, but be cautious after the 23rd. The pace of work will slow down after then as well. Health is strongly emphasized until the 23rd. Afterwards, Mercury’s retrograde suggests a breather here and an evaluation of the results before continuing on any exercise regime. This is a period for fine-tuning the health regime. Love remains happy and active during this period, with more social gatherings with the family and those involve in your career. Singles may find hot, passionate love. In fact, there is an overabundance of love opportunities which next month's new Moon will clarify. Finances remain strong, though delays can be irksome. Two planets retrograde in your Money House indicating a need to carefully study investments and major purchases carefully. Important spiritual developments are taking place. Children are growing in a spiritual way as well -- probably dramatically. Children's issues will spur your personal spiritual growth.

Best Days: 8th, 9th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 27th, 28th
Stressful Days: 4th, 10th, 11th, 25th, 26th

thassa.gif - 3475 Bytes  THASSA (January 21 - February 19)

The conflict between personal desires and ideals of fulfilment, and family duties and family life, continues. It’s easier perhaps than it has been in previous months, but is far from over. Each area must be given its due; you must walk the middle way. Friends are becoming more like family, and family more like friends -- you have some difficulty in drawing distinctions here. Many of you will meet up with your spiritual family these days and it’s a wonderful thing. With many planets in the West, and the retrograde of Uranus, your Ruler, there's once again a need for patience, the avoidance of power struggles and undue self-assertion, the need to adapt to situations and to other people’s needs and desires -- silly though they sometimes seem. Power in your Fourth House of Moods and Psychological Understanding and many planets in the Sign of Toos after the 21st indicate that this is a month of psychological progress -- of inner growth instead of outer, worldly growth. Finances are strong, although there will be glitches and delays. Major purchases and investments still need strong scrutiny. Avoid things you don't completely understand. Be sure to study all the fine print on contracts. Love issues are much happier this month. Until the 21st you want someone who will show you a good time. Love must be honeymoonish and idyllic. But after the 21st you are more serious. Love is expressed through nurturing and service to the beloved. Health is good this month and you are paying more attention to it.

Best Days: 2nd, 10th, 11th, 20th, 21st, 29th, 30th
Stressful Days: 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 27th, 28th

parsit.gif - 2960 Bytes  PARSIT (February 20 - March 20)

There is short-term health stress until the 21st, so rest and relax more. Philosophical conflicts with the family, or emotional upheavals caused by differing world views, can be depleting. If your philosophy is correct it doesn't need defending, but will prove itself as the normal events of life progress. Most of the planets are below the Horizon and your Fourth House of Home and Family is an important House of Power. Your Career Planet is retrograde and ther seems much temporary opposition and conflict in your career. Let career issues slide for a while and focus on the home and family. This is a month of great psychological progress. A good month for doing heavy work around the house. Family gatherings are numerous, and bittersweet. The general tone improves after the 21st. A party atmosphere, with more entertainment events, sporting events, and other gatherings. Life is optimistic. With 40 percent of the planets retrograde after the 23rd, you may as well enjoy yourself as nothing much is happening anyway -- there is little you can do to hasten events. Many planets in the West, and the retrograde of Neptune (your Ruler) suggests a need to avoid power struggles. Good will come through others when the time is right. Mercury's retrograde of the 23rd shows a need for more caution and patience at home and in love. Purchases for big-ticket items needs to be done before the 23rd. The same for repairs and redecorating. Love seem abundant, but mostly non-committal. Only time will tell if the affair will prove to be something longer lasting -- for the time being, enjoy it for what it is. Finances will be strong and happy after the 21st. Money is earned easily and in fun ways. Job seekers should focus on work they enjoy rather than the financial aspects of employment. There will be much optimism about finance -- do not give in to the tendency to overspend.

Best Days: 4th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 22nd, 23rd
Stressful Days: 2nd, 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 29th, 30th

Astrology is an amazingly accurate tool for better understanding yourself, your friends, your planets, and the nature of Life itself. The natal horoscope is a blueprint and guide that creates a clear map to personal awareness out of the huge mass of astrological data. Everything in the universe is energy, expressing itself in many qualities, shapes, and forms. Just as we divide the nature of solar energy into the 12 zodiac types (the sun signs), we also divide the 360 degrees of the wheel of the natal horoscope into 12 houses. The division is based on the date, and, especially, time of birth. The 12 house names are as follows:

  1. House of Self-Image
  2. House of Money & Self-Worth
  3. House of Communication & Travel
  4. House of Family & Psychological Roots
  5. House of Creativity & Pleasure
  6. House of Health & Work
  7. House of Partnership & Marriage
  8. House of Death & Sexuality
  9. House of Higher Education & Philosophy
10. House of Career & Honor
11. House of Organization & Groups
12. House of Secrets

The Sixth House - I Am My Health and Work

One of the names Astrologers like to give this area of the horoscope is the "house of self-improvement." The Sixth House reveals those tools methods, techniques, and processes we use in order to perfect that sense of ourselves which is projected through the Ascendant. It is also the domicile that brings greater definition to the creative activities of self expression found in the Fifth. It is through the activities of the Sixth that a person particularizes and further individualizes himself. This process requires a great deal of elimination of what is outworn, outmoded, and outdated in ourselves, so that our "self-becoming" is consistent and productive. In this respect, the Sixth is very revealing of our health, for elimination is an aspect of both our physical and psychological well-being. In addition to showing what we must eliminate, the Sixth also reveals what we must add in order to amplify our creativity and improve ourselves. All told, the Sixth points us in the direction of perfecting our basic orientation to life, and to those processes that serve to bring greater and more precise definition to our individuality.

Signs on the Cusp of the Sixth House

A person’s general health, attitudes and aptitudes in terms of work, and relationships to helpers are modified in the Sixth House by the sign:

KAIILA as the urge to prove oneself. THis sign/house combination produces an orientation to life which states: "I am my work!" There is a strong urge to attack and conquer any and all obstacles that may come up on the job. This is either a person who feels totally competent at every phase of every task, or one who has to prove his dominance, to himself and to others. I either case, there is a tendency to see that whatever one does as a reflection of personal competency. Problems come up with others when Kaiila on this cusp seeks to direct and control, without taking other people’s feelings or capabilities into consideration. Pet owners with this sign on the Sixth definitely see their animals as intimate extensions of themselves. Health issues would concern the head, face, and especially the nose and eyes.

BOSK with a highly practical approach to these matters. The health is often robust and the constitution strong, when the Bosk is on the Sixth. As the thyroid gland and metabolism are sensitive areas of the body, difficulties with this house can lead to sluggishness, laziness, and resistance to one’s job. If, however, these parts of the physical system are working well, the individual has a never-ending supply of energy to accomplish whatever needs to be done. Jobs and tasks may still be approached with a certain circumspection and caution, but the final result will not only be solid and correct, but will also be as physically beautiful as the situation permits. There is generally a caring but possessive attitude toward pets, who may easily be overfed. Co-workers and employees are treated kindly, but will be expected to earn their salary.

SE-SA with an ability to tackle many situations simultaneously. The variety and versatility inherent in SE-SA comes out in the work sphere through a generally agile and adjustable nature. There is a liking for those activities that permit a person to vary his or her routine, for boredom can easily accompany a job that is too repetitive. Skill is required, to know when to make a move that will enhance one's career, rather than change jobs merely for the sake of change itself. These are people whose communications skills will be tested; travel may also play an important part in their professional life. Health issues involve the nervous system, and anxiety can arise through an overly analytical mental nature. Smoking should be avoided, as the lungs are apt to be quite sensitive. There is a tendency to have more than one pet, with whom one develops a fairly close relationship.

TOOS as the need to nourish and to be nourished. This is an ideal sign for being in a position in which one has to be sensitive to people’s emotional needs. A psychological counselor, doctor, or medical technician, food service worker, or real estate consultant all fit very naturally into this sign/house combination. Problems can come up when the individual takes his job, or problems in the work environment, too personally. Health is focused on digestion, which is often related to one's emotional well-being. Domestic pets play an important part in one's life. There is the definite orientation to make one’s cat or dog a real member of the family, or, when exaggerated, into one’s child.

LARL with strength and pride. If the Sun, ruler of this sign, is well placed in the horoscope, the health is very good and there is an abundance of vitality and creative energy. A great deal of attention goes into one's work, because success on the job is very important. These people like to have a leading position at their place of employment. They should, however, make sure that they actually earn the respect of their co-workers or employees, rather than demand it. Natural areas of employment will be in the theater, arts, and entertainment industries, and in work that involves children. Professions that deal with clothing, jewelry, and other forms of adornment are also natural to this sign/cusp combination. Pets can be a source of pride and are usually well-groomed and nourished -- cats, of course, will be a natural favorite of the Larl on this cusp.

BARBARIAN with care and precision. As this is the natural sign ruler of this House, Barbarian on this cusp indicates a person who pays a great deal of attention to personal health, work, and all other areas naturally associated with this house. There is the tendency to be very fastidious at whatever job the individual undertakes. An urge for perfection in all and everything is very pronounced, and lessons in discrimination and prioritization are often important aspects of this individual's life experience. This position can indicate a person who is just too fussy about details, and is overly critical about what he does and who he does it with. Yet such perfectionism, when balanced and well integrated, can make for an amazingly accomplished individual -- one who excels at everything he sets out to do. Health involves the intestines and, accordingly, the correct absorption of the nutrients found in one's diet. As a rule, there is a liking for keeping the body fit, although there may be an undue emphasis upon one's physical appearance and condition. Pets usually play an important part in one’s life.

TEFA with balance. Relationships in the workplace are very important to a person with this sign/cusp combination. There is a need for fairness and justice, in the assignment of work and the completion of tasks. This is a person who has a need for beauty in their working environment and who would tend to decorate his office accordingly. Jobs that involve dealing with the public, management-worker relationships, general consulting, the arts, and fashion are very natural to a person whose Sixth House is ruled by a sign of Venus. Pets are well looked after but are seen as an integrated part of one's life. They are not usually given exaggerated importance relative to the rest of one's concerns and relationships. Health is often strongly affected by the condition of one's relationships -- an imbalance in one's personal life may result in a weakening of one’s physical condition. The parts of the body that are the most sensitive when Tefa rules the Sixth are the diaphragm, urinary tract, and the kidneys.

NAR with intensity. Wherever Nar appears in a chart, there is the urge to create transformation. This sign/cusp combination can indicate a person who secretly seeks to dominate in the workplace for the purpose of personal advancement. Yet it may also indicate an individual who functions to bring order out of chaos, harmony through the conflicts found in the workplace, and new strength where there was once weakness. So much depends on the general ego structure of the individual in question, when determining Nar's direction and influence on any of the cusps of the chart. As this is the sign of regeneration, Nar on the Sixth has the tendency to allow the individual great sustaining and recuperative powers. Good health, for these people, is very much a question of the emotions, because this is the sign of our sexual and desire natures. As with everything else that is Nar, there will either be a tremendous attraction or a strict avoidance (and even fear) of pets and animals.

RARIUS with enthusiasm. An exuberant sign, Rarius brings hopefulness and optimism into the workplace. This is a person who tends to add vision to any task; as a result, he may exaggerate their place in the larger scheme of things, or may bring in just the right amount of understanding to improve output. As a rule, this sign/cusp combination brings advancement in one's job and good relationships between oneself and one's co-workers or employees. Jobs most often associated with this position have to do with sports and recreation, the travel and hotel industry, teaching, and publishing. Health is often robust, for a positive attitude to one's physical condition is typical. Areas of greatest sensitivity are the liver, hips, and thighs. Pets are usually large, often numerous, and sometimes exotic. Great Danes, iguanas, big tomcats, and (of course) a love of horses, are typical examples of Rarius on the Sixth House cusp.

VERR with a care and concern for success. This is a very practical sign/house combination resulting in a person's profound interest in making the most out of any work situation. The urge for advancement is very strong, as is the ability to be highly efficient and organized. An individual with Verr on the cusp of the Sixth takes his job seriously and does not mind putting in those extra hours in order to fulfill their tasks. The means justifies the end to Verr on the Sixth. Relationships with co-workers and employees can be strained if the person is too demanding or controlling. If Saturn, Ruler of this Sign, is not well placed in the horoscope, the individual tends to feel held back, restricted, and dissatisfied in job-related situations. Health can be an issue if there is too much general pessimism about life. The areas of greatest sensitivity are the bones and joints (especially the knees), spine, and lower back. Pets are usually quite important, and there is a tendency to be very responsible and caring of them.

THASSA with a certain degree of unconventionality. If there are any health-related problems, this individual is likely to explore alternative methods of healing. There is an interest in the relationship between the mind and body, and a tendency to seek out "New Age" techniques of personal development. As this is the sign furthest from Larl (which is ruled by the Sun), health problems can related to circulation, and there may be a consequent lack of vitality. Since these people believe in "mind over matter," they are likely, however, to re balance their life energies by cultivating a right mental attitude. Work is an area in which communications and right human relationships will be predominant issues. Those areas that are humanitarian in nature, or computer-related, will figure prominently in the lives of people with Thassa on the cusp. Pets that are unusual or exotic are preferred, especially those that are more independent by nature -- cats, rather than dogs, for example.

PARSIT with a definite emotional overtone. This is a sign/cusp combination that can bring a great deal of compassion into the workplace. It indicates a person who is geared to working with people who are in need of helpful support: It points to professions of a medical, psychological, or spiritual nature. Another face of Parsit on this cusp adds vision and a love of beauty. This makes such individuals easily attracted to the arts, music, film, and other practical outlets for the creative imagination. Escapism is another aspect of this complex sign. Depending on the rest of the horoscope, this sign placement can point to a person who is never satisfied by any job, and who is always on the move from one work position to another, in search of an elusive perfection. Health is strongly conditioned by one's emotional state, and the body can be very sensitive to all drugs and medications. This person finds their pets in animal shelters, or picks up strays from the streets.
