Tapestry of Life

A poem is like a tapestry
the threads are placed with care
a weaver paints a melody
the music's in the air.

Sometimes it sings a story
of sad lamented love
but oft it pleases just the eye
with notes of color wove.

Like the clouds in heavenly sky
as each look up to gaze
the tapestry becomes a song
each see in their own way.

Colors keep our world alive
without them lifes a bore
the tapestry of life is such
who knows whats next in store?

Life is full of tapestry's
painted, sung and penned
enjoy the threads of woven souls
before your journey ends.
