In this Issue

Vanion is back with the Art department! He introduces us to a Bath Girl and allows a peek into a Kennel’s Window.

In the Booknotes department, Socrates continues Blood Brothers of Gor. The seeming placidness of the interruption in Cabot’s mission is shaken as the Machiavellian tale moves forward!

This just in from Mishel and the Crossword Puzzles department: “Kind Greetings! This month’s puzzle examines the feelings of a slave girl all done up in cosmetics and bells! Does she know who is her new master or does she chat aimlessly on and on about her experiences she has had since she became an imbonded slave? Find out in this month’s puzzle consisting of 51 words. Solve this month’s Jigsaw puzze of only 234 pieces to find the magic of a kajira’s foot! As always I humbly thank you for your support of the puzzles. Enjoy!

The Geography department finishes - for a while, anyway - with the Torvaldsland theme by bringing you Offshore Torvaldsland. Since the skerries were the subject of an earlier article (June 2003), this month we take a look at the stream of Torvald and the exchange islands Hunjer, Skjern, and Scagnar.

Xerxex displays a really intricate view of the arctic icecap in the Maps department.

The Poetry department makes the performance poetry scene, if you can like, dig it.

prism again gives us a Crossroads department article that challenges us to be content in being real. When I once asked someone whom I respect what his definition of a roleplayer was, he replied to the effect that a roleplayer is someone whose appearance does not match that person’s reality, someone who is not in public as in real life. prism cuts to the bone and declares that shallow expectations of phoney conventions are not what make one Gorean.

Watch for This

holly will be back with the Recipes department! Did I mention that holly will be back with the Recipes department?!!

We have someone to revive the Tarot department! This should start next month!

Because there are always proposed contributions in progress, The Gorean Voice is preparing other really nice surprises for you as well.

Possibilities for Contributors

There are many possibilities for contributors. If any of these departments appeals to you as a place where you might find a writing or other artistic niche, and of course, if you have ideas for a new feature and are willing to help, then read the guidelines for authors and let us know! Although some possibilities are more appropriate for one person to manage over time, many departments benefit from many contributors. Even if you are thinking about contributing only once, say, through Gorean humor or a book review or perhaps a poem, you should still contact me.
