bearedit.gif - 21269 Bytes Welcome to the latest issue of THE GOREAN VOICE. We are very excited about some additions and changes in this issue, and we hope you find them to your liking.

As usual, Pantheus and Opal have put a ton of hard work into this issue, while I get to sit back and read and accept manuscripts. ;0) If you see Pantheus and Opal online, give them a pat on the back, they and the writers for the VOICE are the ones who work hard to bring you a new VOICE every month.

As you have noticed, we have a slightly new look for this month, the frames are gone! This should, along with other enhancements, allow the page to load much faster than it has in the past. We hope you like the new layout and as always, look forward to letters with thoughts and suggestions for future improvements.

Among our usual fare of tasty articles, columns, review and fiction, we are pleased to welcome this month the beginning of a new column by Marcus titled "Memos to the Men below the Mountains". We are very happy to have Marcus come on board and share his experience and thoughts on Gorean lifestyle and fandom and interaction with us.

THE VOICE will soon be celebrating its first anniversary. It is an exciting time for us all, to see the dream of a few being manifest and now read by so many online who have an interest in things Gorean. That excitement is tempered by the truth, however, that THE VOICE is only what you, the readers, make it. If you have an idea, a poem, a story, a review, or especially a criticism, *please* make use of our mailbox and send it to us Everything that comes here is read, and while we cannot print everything we get, we sure do appreciate all the support and we will work with you to keep THE VOICE as the epitome of Gorean thought, expressed as a lifestyle, or as fandom.

We wish you well.
