"Winners", cut and paste |
The Gorean Voice recognizes, that there are a lot of web pages claiming to be Gorean. In viewing many, if not most of them, we find few that follow closely the writings, of John Norman, and tend to portray the html authors' vision of Gor. In that light, The Gorean Voice has an award that will be given monthly , to sites, that in its' opinion, are NOT representative of the Gorean way; but in fact are grossly false, or misleading. Fill out the application below, to have a gorean web site considered for this very prestigious award. |

I Nominate: anka's world

Why?: The girls real life photo album plus no real content.
Description: The real life photo album on the site is shocking, even to a slave, it is grossly misleading, in that supposedly this couple lead a gorean life, yet it exhibits nothing but SM to this one. There is no real content to the site at all, a list of books with nothing but what was said on the front and back covers of the books, and the introductions to the first three. Quotes from the books, also. But no where is there really any depiction of Gor or the lifestyle as it is lived. The site itself is so graphic and music heavy one wonders if they did not just enter wonderland.

I Nominate: ~hope~'s space

Why?: a "real bitch" and Priest Kings destroyed their chatroom
Description: who's ~hope~?
This girl likes many different things. She tries to be fun and humorous, but it doesn't always turn out that way. She is a real bitch sometimes too! she was been ko-lared by the tavern SteelDawn back in January, 1998 and made first girl in Feburary. she had found happiness there. On April 20th, 1998, hope was ko-lared by Master Kobzar. she has been allowed to retain the position of First Girl by her Master. He knows she is part of what makes SteelDawn a home to so many. You can view her ko-laring. In late November, hope was removed from the First Girl position in SteelDawn. She was made First Girl of Fantasy Castle Gor. Her Master, Kobzar, was made First Sword of FCG also. In December, 1998 Fantasy Castle Gor was destroyed by the Preist Kings. So her family moved to CounterUrth .
