In this feature, the community could submit for review and possible selection to be included a picture taken by the submitter or at least with the photographer's permission, that includes a vision they hold most true for meaning of geography, character or philosophy that is Gorean to them. It may also be one that when taken, they felt so overwhelmed that the two planets did become one for them on Earth.

NFORREST.JPG was taken by me (Morganna) in 1997 in South Arm, Maine; at the foot of Richardson Lake, on one of our yearly vacations. It was taken with my digital camera.

John Norman's Northern Forest probably looked just like this. Thus the reason the Panther Girl's took their refuge there. Due to the fact that it provided a thick underbrush; it was a safe haven for their circle. A tributary that lead to Lydius was a means for escape and the getting of supplies. In my mind's eye; this forest was as beautiful as it was deadly. Imagine walking through the thick needle trees; totally unsuspecting, and being captured in the blink of an eye. Yes; a visit to this forest was an adventure in itself.
