Introduction

Greetings Masters,
Greetings Mistresses,
Hello slaves,

As her first official article of this column, lissa would like to take this opportunity to say that she hopes everyone had a wonderful holiday season. And to especially say thank you, and the best of luck to kessia. Throughout the years she has been the writer here, she has sparked the thought process and bared parts of herself for all of us to share, helping at least one girl if not many to see what slavery is. She and her words of wisdom will be greatly missed.

Hoping to follow in kessia’s footsteps, but yet give her own flare to it all, lissa would like to introduce herself, and give some insight into what lies ahead. There are days that lissa would almost swear to you that she’s bitten off more than she can chew, but that seems to be the case with most things she does. Thankfully she has a great circle of support and it helps to keep her pushing on, and trying to share her thoughts.

Most of what will be written here comes from her life. The struggles she faces, and the big grin when the light bulb goes on and she can see what it all means. She will try very hard not to give the wrong impression of the man in her life, nor the service she gives to him. It will be a very fine line, sometimes, but she asks that you please remember, men and women process things entirely different from one another.

She is in a constant state of remolding her thinking, which isn’t as easy as some make it out to be. For years she has lived and strived to fit into society, learning and practicing what most women are taught there, it’s a very difficult struggle to release those things and understand and accept what it is you are living, when with a Gorean man. She can’t say for certain that she ever agreed with what she was taught as a female growing up in the society we all live in, to her, some things just didn’t seem right. As she grew and evolved, she found parts of what was wrong in what she was thinking, and has set out to change a few things.

It is said that to be a Gorean slave girl is the hardest thing you will ever do, and that to be a slave girl, one of the most important attributes is to have strength. Not strength in its literal sense, but the strength to shut up, to recognize that while your thoughts, feelings and words may have validity, and may very well need to be said. They shouldn’t necessarily be coming from you. It’s that sense of self, that is the toughest to reshape, or at least it has been for lissa. To put herself above it all, because, by god, someone has to say it. It’s not been an easy road, and sometimes that very big sense of self shines! through and she sits shaking her head, wondering how she could have let that happen. That doesn’t mean she’s failed completely, it simply means that she has failed that test, and to make a greater effort that it’s not a mistake again.

With that said, lissa would like to say welcome to her little corner of the world, and to please be sure to fasten your seatbelts, and keep all appendages inside the ride at all times, seems the management is not responsible for accidents. *grins with a wink*

Always,
lissa
