I've thought very hard the last few days on why there are free women. Why do they need a place in Gor? They need a place because they are women. They are obedient in times they wish they were not. They serve when they wish they must not. They take scorn, whether they deserve it or not. It is their lot as free women.

I think many years ago, a woman woke up and wished to be equal to a man. I think she pursued, and tried hard to succeed that. Then something terrible happened, the idea went to far. As most things do. The more the women, perhaps the more the fight. It no longer became just a woman it became a movement. The one simple woman who didn't realize what her actions would bring most likely regretted the stand she took. Sure legally she could have what Men had. But in doing so she lost what she really wanted.
To be accepted for what she was.
A woman.
