The Large, Round and Beautiful

 

To start this section off she will be going step by step on a road to a fitter and better body, if for some reason you find this offensive and are very happy with the way you look please just skip over the heath and fitness issue.

What a girl has found over the years is we tend to not like our bodies, she does not and when she takes that journey to the mirror every morning her eyes always seem to find flaws, perhaps you can say she is a perfectionist. A girl however does not think it is wrong to be found pleasing to the eyes of Men.

What a girl would like you to do is go and take a good look at yourself, if you are happy with the way you look then you are one of very humans on the face of this earth and she envies you.

When you look at yourself do you see the rolls and cottage cheese thighs, do you see your toes when you look down, or is it your belly? Those are just some questions you need to ask yourself.

 

Getting Started

 

There is no way this is going to be easy, she will not say that, you may be in pain from your muscles screaming, the cravings that you may have, but hey who ever said anything is easy in life. Here are a few tools that you may want to invest in just to make things a little easier and keep you focused.

  1. Get the approval of your Master if you are owned!!
  2. Purchase a little book, journal so you can keep daily routines and diets
  3. Purchase a separate journal to log the effects and changes of your body when working out and the effects certain foods have on your body.

Now you have done all that and decided to get started look at what you are eating and drinking today, and over the next week, write down ever single thing you put in your mouth. When this is done just start making little changes here are some examples.

If you drink soda/pop make sure it is diet or take it right out of your daily intake of fluids, a girl found out very fast when drinking coffee or tea if you add sugar and milk it adds up.

Try perhaps cutting out the sugar, adding a sweetener or drinking it black, oh she can her the groans already. Here is something you really need to keep in mind, water is your best friend when dieting, you can never drink enough of it.

If you eat white bread try switching to rye bread, that alone makes a huge difference.

 

The work out and Cardio

 

A girl would advise that you go very slow, what she always recommends is first thing in the morning try to do 30 mins of cardio, ride a bike; go for a walk and remember "always start very slow".

Over the next few months she will add simple workouts for body parts that you can do at home.

Lets start with the easy stuff first tho, 30 mins of cardio before you eat anything in the morning and 30 mins of cardio before you put your head down to sleep, believe it or not just this little bit will make HUGE changes to your body.
