I decided to paint a word picture for you to accompany this month’s musical piece with. I wanted illustrate the type of images I would like for My music to convey. You see I am a KoRoBan, of the city known as "Towers of the Morning". KoRoBa is a sparkling, busy urban center, its tall cylinders nestled in the bosom of lush green hills". As beautiful as the city is that holds My home stone, I am particularly fond of the surrounding countryside. Its thick fragrant forests extend for pasangs, teaming with wild game and sweet fruits. Cool clear streams of the freshest water, splash playfully down gently rolling hillsides. Flocks of verr dot KoRoBa’s rich pastureland shepherded by the luckiest of boys and girls. Occasionally, some of the adults come out from the city and build evening bonfires with the children. These are great social events. Ancient stories and told and retold. The children learn their history and traditions from the elders. As the evenings progress, musicians, dancers, poets and singers emerge. The night is filled with food, drink and song. Later, with the sleepy heads of happy children nestled safely in the laps of their parents, the three moons of Gor pass slowly overhead. As the embers of the fire slowly die out, we can all agree that it is a good thing to be Gorean.

It is with this picture in mind that I offer to you Hills_of_Koroba.mid

I do wish you all well
